I am Nagy Imre.
I was born in 1969 and I got throught with my studies as a carpenter.
The first time I tried archery was in 1996 then I won on my first archery competition in 1997.
I made my first bamboo bow in 2000. This one was a straight-line, classic longbow and I made 17 pieces from this type.
Later I used my competition experience to help design a new bow. This bow is a reflex-deflex longbow. It is very fast and yet very soft and therefore it always excels at competitions. This bow has proved its qualities at so many national and internanional competitions that this is still the type I currently make.
It has always been my aim that my bows cause the most pleasure to their owners both in the functional and in the aesthetic sense.
